• We are experienced in the eviction process.  We will post the 3 day notice, and then file and serve your summons and complaint for eviction and/or costs.  We will ensure the clerk does the mandatory mailing at the time the papers are filed.  We will return the stamped/filed affidavit and summons to you promptly.

• We provide detailed notarized affidavits.

• We provide status at any time - just call us.

• We answer our phones all the time - the only exception is when we are in the Federal Court building and cannot bring a cell phone in by law or when we are "right" in the middle of a difficult serve.

• We can do a RUSH on the same day if you get us the job before noon.
