11th Hour Express was created to fill a need for quality service throughout the state of Florida even in the most remote of areas. All process servers belonging to our affiliation meet stringent quality expectations consistently.
Kristen Adams is a Special Process Server in Duval County and a member in good standing in in NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers. She is personally accountable for honest, diligent service.
Ms. Adams is a Navy veteran who previously held top secret clearances and has been involved in security, service of process, investigative work, customer service and para-legal work for over 20 years. She has a BA in Criminal Justice and works to ensure that all affiliate members are experienced process servers with the highest level of experience, integrity and credentials. She is accountable for consistent high quality within the organization.
Kristen is not a licensed private investigator, but in the natural course of serving process and the need to locate a current and "good" address for a defendant, she has gained over ten years of experience locating difficult and hard to serve defendants. Her company has paid access to the largest commercial information databases in this country.
When the services of a licensed private investigator are required, by law, we utilize our network of P.I.'s on retainer.
We perform background checks for attorneys. This is our specialty. Using information gathered from informational databases, Kristen is able to pinpoint a current residential or business address and save the attorney many hours of hard work and frustration. This is our specialty and we do it well.
