What you should do to start the process:

• Our normal payment method is by attorney check or pro-se money order.  You can also use your credit card and pay via our Pay Pal account with a $5.00 convenience fee.   
• We accept a company check in advance for the quoted fee or a "Promise to Pay" on your company letterhead in advance.  Pro-Se clients must pay by money order or Pay Pal in advance.
• Call us and notify us that your papers are on the way.  Be sure to tell us how you are sending us the papers (fax, UPS, FedEx, regular mail).  Do not send papers without calling us first, and DO NOT SEND USING CERTIFIED MAIL that requires a signature - it slows down the process.
• We accept PDF downloads via e-mail.  If you must FAX, please call us for our FAX number.  Please note that it is illegal to serve a fax copy of a Florida summons.  We can only serve "true copies".
• When reserving a RUSH service, we require the full payment in advance via Pay Pal at the time you notify us of the RUSH request. We do this so we can ensure that a server is standing by to serve your papers.  This is a guaranteed service and you will be placed on our RUSH schedule.  Double your money back if not served on time.
• Please send us 2 copies of your papers with a prepaid payment made out to "11th Hour Corporation".  Please advise us if  you want the "COPY" served, or the "ORIGINAL" served.  Please place a sticky  note on the summons that must be returned to the court. 
• Please advise us if we may serve by SUBSTITUTE SERVICE or if only the named defendant is to be served.
• We will return a notarized affidavit (proof of service) via US first class mail or you may enclose your FedEx (or UPS) account number or label for express return of proof of service..  
• We will call you when we receive your papers, and when we have served your papers.  We also fax your proof prior to us mailing it to you if you request.
• We will serve your papers within 72 hours, unless you request and pay for RUSH service.
• Address verification is an additional $20.00. 
• Second paper at the same address (same case), only $65.00 per paper.

We will serve your papers the same day received for $125.00

We will serve your papers the 2nd day for $100.00

We will serve your papers within 72 hours for $75.00
