What you should do to start the process:

• Our normal payment method is by credit card in the amount of $100.00.  We accept Visa and MasterCard or
• We accept a company check in advance for $100.00  or a "Promise to Pay" on your company letterhead in advance.  Pro-Se clients must pay by money order in advance. 
• Call us and notify us that your papers are on the way.  Be sure to tell us how you are sending us the papers (fax, UPS, FedEx, regular mail).  Do not send papers without calling us first, and DO NOT SEND USING CERTIFIED MAIL that requires a signature - it slows down the process.
• We accept PDF downloads via e-mail.  If you must FAX, please call us for our FAX number.
• When reserving a RUSH service, we require the full payment in advance by credit card at the time you notify us of the RUSH request. We do this so we can ensure that a server is standing by to serve your papers.  This is a guaranteed service and you will be placed on our RUSH schedule.  Double your money back if not served on time.
• Please send us 2 copies of your papers with a prepaid payment made out to "11th Hour Corporation".  Please advise us if  you want the "COPY" served, or the "ORIGINAL" served.
• We will return two notarized affidavits (proof of service) via US first class mail or you may enclose your FedEx (or UPS) account number or label for express return of proof of service..  
• We will call you when we receive your papers, and when we have served your papers.  We also fax your proof prior to us mailing it to you. 
• We will serve your papers within 48 hours, unless you request 24 hour service.
• Our service includes free address verification (unless you require investigative research). 
• Because we verify all addresses before going out, we make unlimited attempts.
• We are authorized to perform investigative background work in order to locate a defendant for service of process.  If the nature of the investigative work requires a licensed PI, we have licensed PI's on retainer that are ready to assist.
